RETURNS
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@roombeauty.au and include your order number and product details in the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
